Unicorns & Other Monsters

Nine medieval fantasy stories will take the reader from twilight to darkness and back into the light. Some monsters are people; some people are monsters. Strange forces like courage, honor, friendship, and love can drive all of them– and all of us. Included stories range from grim military tales through a feminist re-telling of “Cinderella” to a truly sweet bed-time story.
